2025 Tax Bill Information

  • Spring Tax Bills are due 5/11/2026 Penalties applied on 5/12/2026
  • Fall Tax Bills are due 11/10/2026 Penalties applied on 11/11/2026

2026 Tax Sale Information 10/15/2026

This year the tax sale will be completely online. Date 10/15/2026. PLEASE VISIT www.sriservices.com for additional information and to sign up to bid on the sale.

If your property is eligible for tax sale you must make your payment directly to the treasurer's office in cash using exact change or certified funds. Online or credit card payments are not accepted.

Payment Options

The Floyd County Treasurer's Office will no longer accept payments at First Harrison Bank and Stock Yards Bank.

  1. PHONE PAYMENTS: 812-624-8587 e-check $.65 debit/credit card 2.25% fee
  2. German American Bank – ANY FLOYD COUNTY BRANCH
  3. BY MAIL: Payment with copy A and/or B tax statement: Floyd County Treasurer PO Box 3697 Evansville, IN 47736
    Payments by mail must be postmarked no later than the due date on the front of the statement.
  4. IN PERSON: With ENTIRE TAX STATEMENT may be made at:
    Floyd County Treasurer Office - 311 Hauss Sq. Rm 113 (Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
    24-Hour Dropbox - Entrance of Building
  5. Online payments can be made at floydcountyintax.com

Our staff strives to serve you with courtesy & efficiency, we appreciate your patience during tax season.
Taxes are due on May 10 and November 10. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due the next business day.
