Career Fairs

The State of Indiana Talent Acquisition Division attends a variety of career and networking events statewide throughout the year. These events allow us to educate job seekers on the diverse employment opportunities available with the State of Indiana and what we offer as an employer. At each event, we are able to recruit for specific career opportunities and attract qualified candidates for programs such as the Governors Public Service Summer Internship.

Positions available:

• Correctional Officers
• Maintenance

• High School diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License
• Employment History

Correctional Industrial Facility Job Fair

Join the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) on Wednesday, November 30 for a job fair seeking Correctional Officers. The fair is from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. in Pendleton. Come prepared with a resume for an on-site interview.

Positions available:

• Correctional Officers - Starting Salary: $14.16 per hour.

You must bring with you:

• High School diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• DD214 (if applicable)

Preferred Experience

• One year of work experience in any field
