MPH supporting Indiana’s fight against substance use
The Indiana Management Performance Hub (MPH) supports analytic work in the substance use space through partnerships with state agencies and researchers. By collaborating with the Indiana Department of Health, Family and Social Services Administration, law enforcement and others, MPH leverages data to deepen understanding of the opioid crisis, inform evidence-based policy and enable data-informed decision-making across the state.
Through initiatives like the Data-Driven Addiction Prevention and Recovery (DDAPR) project, the Fatal Drug Overdose Touchpoints dashboard and other collaborative efforts, MPH develops tools that support overdose surveillance, treatment access, and recovery program evaluation. These integrated data systems provide real-time actionable insights that help save lives, allocate resources efficiently and strengthen communities impacted by substance use.
