Nursing Clinic Hours of Operation
- Vaccinations and Testing by Appointment ONLY.
- We make appointments from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
- We are in transition from being a "walk-in" clinic to an appointment-only clinic. This has provided our patients with the convenience of quick and effective service, as well as reduced wait times.
What To Bring:
- Identification (ie. Valid Drivers License or I.D. card with a photo and date of birth)
- Insurance Card. We accept Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Traditional Medicare part B, Medicaid, United Health Care, Encore, Cigna, Tricare, and Sagamore (if your insurance card isn't listed, please call for other options).
