The Indiana Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IN-ISAC) team is a multi-agency effort led and coordinated by the Indiana Office of Technology. The IN-ISAC team was developed to reduce the risk of cyber threats to the state, but they also provide services and resources to State of Indiana employees including training launches in SuccessFactors, and more!

“Reduce human error and strengthen our workforce resilience while enhancing their capability as a cybersecurity defense against threats seeking to compromise Indiana government data and services.”

Upcoming Cybersecurity Holidays!change your password day

Did you know that February has three upcoming Cybersecurity Holidays to raise awareness about Cyberthreats and encourage state of Indiana citizens and employees to take proactive steps to protect their online information? Change Your Password Day

Reportedly instigated as one man’s response to having his personal accounts hacked twice in quick succession, Change Your Password Day has been an annual event since 2012. The man behind the idea, Matt Buchanan, reportedly felt it would help people remember to check they were following the right password practices, and changing them, if necessary, if there were a specific day set aside for doing it.

This year we celebrate on February 1st!  Consider Using IOT’s approved Password manager “Keeper”! Please scroll down for the user guide and more information!

Safer Internet Day

Safer Internet Day takes place on Tuesday, February 11th and is a chance to focus on the online safety and wellbeing of children and young people, however it’s a good way to reinforce online safety for all ages.
