FAQs Request

The FAQs are listed on the Agency Websites from the State of Indiana's online knowledge base website - faqs.in.gov.

Updating or developing new FAQs is an easy process.

1. First, download and complete the template here: FAQs Word Document Template.
2. Next, go to https://in.accessgov.com/inwp/Forms/Page/inwp/faq-template/ and complete the form.
3. Finally, the information will be sent to the State Information Center, which manages the FAQs.
4. Note: The form can also be used to delete a question that is no longer applicable.
