In 2025, Challenge Bonus activities will be offered by agencies and locations throughout the year, and will be coordinated by your agency's wellness champion, human resources staff, or onsite ActiveHealth coach. Each challenge bonus opportunity will be unique and a new way to invest in your health. The Challenge Bonus gives you the chance to earn a bonus $25 in wellness rewards for each challenge you win, up to four times annually. View some examples of pre-made challenges from ActiveHealth.
The Challenge Bonus is available to employees and spouses eligible for the ActiveHealth program. Spouse participation will not factor into the agency completion percentages, however, spouses must participate in the Challenge Bonus activity, to be eligible to receive the bonus $25 in wellness rewards.
