Payments By Credit Card

By choosing to pay an ILEA Fee by credit card you agree to pay the credit card processing fee of $1 plus 2% - which will be added to your charge at checkout.

  • Attention Tier I and Tier II payees – DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class, which for Tier I is after assessments.  At this time there is no refund capability.
  • When requesting Duplicate ILEA Graduation Certificate or ILEA Grade Transcript,
    please fill out this request form and send to ilearecords@ilea.in.gov

ILEA Fees:

  • Instructor Recertification - $50 (This is a FLAT RATE and covers all psychomotor skills being re-certified.)
  • Pre-Basic Course Fee - $50
  • STOPS Book - $35
  • Duplicate ILEA Graduation Certificate - $25
  • ILEA Grade Transcript - $25
  • Tier I Basic Training - $1,035  - DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class, which for Tier I is after assessments.  At this time there is no refund capability.
  • Tier II Basic Training - $535 - DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class.  At this time there is no refund capability.
  • Tier III Basic Training - $50
  • Tuition Students (Tier I Basic Course) - $8,500
  • Department Mailing List - $25
  • As of July 1, 2021 the fees associated with Training Provider Applications will be as follows:
  • Provider Application (New and/or Renewal – 2yr. certification) - $500 - To apply you must fill out a Training Provider Application and submit, by mail, with all documents required. This authority, if approved, will require re-certification every two years.
  • Indiana State Police - $250 per student
  • Indiana Conservation Officers Recruit Class - $100 per student
  • State Excise Police Recruit Class - $100 per student
  • Indiana Gaming Commission Officer Recruit Class - $100 per student
