You may request services from the Records Division between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm ET, Monday through Wednesday, and between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, Thursday and Friday.
The Records Division is closed on holidays.

Payment
Cash, Debit Cards, official checks, and Money Orders are accepted. Exact cash is required, as we are unable to make change.
