Building/Pavilion Rental

Birthdays, family reunions, and sports celebrations are perfect for hosting at one of Alexandria's parks facilities, and our park facilities can accommodate groups large and small.

Please note that to secure a space or facility, we must receive the deposit and fees in full.  Once payment is received, your spot will be placed on the rental calendar.

Fees & Payment

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment.  Payment and deposit are due upon making a reservation.

The City of Alexandria now accepts Credit Cards through a 3rd Party Payment Platform for Government Clients called PayGOV. Customers who use this service pay the nominal convenience fee of a flat $1 for any payment under $33 or 3% for any amount over $33. These fees are paid directly to PayGOV and are not collected by the City.

The Emery Lee building is located within Beulah Park, conveniently located right off State Road 9 at 503 S. Park Ave.  Alexandria, IN 46001.  This location is perfect for accommodating 104 with tables and chairs or up to 223 with seating alone.

The Bob Rogers Center is located on the southside of Alexandria's downtown,  204 S. Harrison St.  Alexandria, IN 46001.  This location is perfect for smaller gatherings or meetings.  Accommodating 45 with tables and  chairs or 97 with seating alone.

The Kiwanis Entertainment Pavilion is ideal for holding large gatherings, events, and smaller get-togethers.  Located within Beulah Park and set closest to the playground.  The pavilion can be rented as a whole or is available as four smaller individual sections each, including ten picnic tables per section.

The Kiwanis Exhibit Pavilion is a fantastic place to hold open aired exhibits and fundraisers.  It is located within Beulah Park along the East walking trail.  The pavilion also equips itself well for any family gathering or small parties.  The pavilion can be rented as a whole or is available as five smaller individual sections each, including ten picnic tables per section.
