The Park Department's normal hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

The Winamac Town Park is located two blocks east of the Pulaski County Courthouse. There are large shade trees, a walking trail, playground equipment, a basketball court, volleyball courts, tennis courts, picnic tables, and shelters to rent. The park has two softball diamonds, a little league diamond, a Babe Ruth diamond, and a concession stand. The 4-H Fair is held at the park in July and the Northern Indiana Power From the Past holds its annual show the third weekend in July.

Rinehart Park is located at the intersection of 15th and Market Streets. It has playground equipment, shelter, and a skatepark.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at the intersection of Highway 35 (Monticello Street) and Washington Street.
