2018 Household Travel Survey
NIRPC oversaw a Household Travel Survey for approximately 1,600 households in Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties in Fall 2018. Westat, Inc. was the chosen vendor to aid in producing all of the material and compiling the Final Report for the 2018 Household Travel Survey. The information from the 2018 Household Travel Survey is useful in helping NIRPC improve its Travel Demand Model as well inform typical travel patterns that occur throughout the region. All information in the Final Report is anonymized and stripped of any confidential information.
