The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is offering expanded opportunities for providers to learn about new policy initiatives and billing guidance through live-streaming webinars accessible from this page. The webinar presentations will be guided by Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) staff members. Near the conclusion of each presentation, providers will be given the opportunity to raise questions and provide feedback to the OMPP.

Upcoming webinars will be announced via IHCP Banner Pages as well as through provider associations.  Recordings of all past webinars will also be accessible from this page for later viewing.

Upcoming Webinars (Live Presentations)

A link to the next live-streaming webinar presentation will be added here when it becomes available.

Past Webinars (Recorded Presentations)

Links to recorded presentations from past webinars are added below, as they become available:

Instructions for Accessing the Webinars

To access the webinars (both live-streamed presentations as well as recordings of past presentations), installation of the Adobe Connect desktop application is required. The first time users log in to a webinar, they will be prompted to download the free application.

Prior to the webinar, users can go to the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test web page to test their connection.

Audio is provided through voice-over-internet, so users will need speakers or a headset to hear the presentation. Any Q&A participation will be provided through a text-based chat box.

Note: Please do not log in to IHCP Live webinars using Citrix or a virtual private network (VPN) because they will not allow for playback audio.
