COVID-19 Vaccine Information

The Jasper County Health Department is offering Covid-19 vaccines on Tuesdays from 9:00 am to noon.

You may register at https://ourshot.in.gov. There is no cost to the individual, but insurance may be charged an administration fee. Individuals should bring a photo ID and an insurance card if they have one.
