Adults interested in Hep C and/or HIV screening are welcome to come to our office during business hours. If the nurse is unavailable, a staff member will take your information for the nurse. Any off-site or event testing dates will be posted on our Facebook page. If a screening test is positive, we offer education and refer the patient to their healthcare provider for confirmation and treatment. If the patient has no healthcare provider we can refer to Open Door or Connect to Cure. We also refer patients to the Bowen Center for physical and mental health services. They have many locations in Northern Indiana and several mobile sites.
