- During business hours please contact (765) 348-4317 and you will be directed to the appropriate staff.
- For an after hours public health emergency please dial dispatch (765) 348-0930. State you have a public health emergency to report. The dispatcher will take your name and phone number and will contact a public health professional who will call you back.
