Dr. Lori Skidmore, MD

County Health Officer

Dr. Lori Skidmore was appointed Blackford County Health Officer in 2012.
She graduated from DePauw University in 1984 and the IU School of Medicine in 1988.
In 1991 she completed her Family Practice Residency in Fort Wayne, IN, then she began private practice in Montpelier, IN.
She has been a member of the IU Health Blackford Hospital medical staff since 1991.
She served on the Blackford County School Board for eight years.
