Founded in 1993, the mission of the Indiana Blind Children's Foundation (IBCF) is to empower Indiana youth who are blind or have low vision to reach their full potential by providing year-round resources and supports to youth and their families. Separate from the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI) and not supported by state appropriations, the IBCF is a philanthropic foundation that financially supports ISBVI's unique work.
