The Indiana Office of Technology and the Indiana Department of Administration are hosting a Vendor Town Hall to provide vendors with information about the State of Indiana’s new RAMP policy, which is being created in accordance with Executive Order 25-19 (EO 25-19). The presentation will include an overview of Indiana's policy, its requirements, and the level of compliance vendors will be required to achieve.
This meeting is intended for vendors only. There will be separate meetings for state employees.

Steps to Register as a Vendor
To engage in business with IOT, all vendors must complete the following registration steps:
1. Register with Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA)
Begin by creating a Bidder Profile through IDOA's Supplier Portal. This profile enables participation in procurement opportunities and ensures receipt of relevant communications.

2. Register with the Indiana Secretary of State
All businesses, except sole proprietorships and general partnerships, must register with the Indiana Secretary of State. This registration is essential for legal recognition and compliance within the state.

3. Register with the State Comptroller
To facilitate payments, vendors must complete and submit the following forms:
- W-9 Form: Provides taxpayer identification information.
- Automated Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement: Enables electronic payment processing.
