How to Pay Your Bill

IBCD has partnered with Tyler Technologies to provide a new, secure online payment process when paying your IBCD bill with a credit card.

Fees:  Visa, MasterCard and Discover:  0.40 + 1.96% of  transaction amount. You will see two charges on your credit card bill, one for the utility payment and one for the  transaction fee.

Billing & Payment Options
We’re introducing a new billing format for 2026 designed for greater flexibility and convenience.  You will no longer receive “Payment Coupons.”  Instead, you will receive a bill and choose a payment option:

* Annual Payment: $165.00 due by March 31, 2026 (covers all of 2026, with a $15 savings).
OR
* Quarterly Payments: $45.00 due March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, 2026.

Payments not received by March 31, 2026, will no longer qualify for the $15 annual payment discount. Penalties will apply to late quarterly payments.

Payments may be made by:
– Credit card through our secure online payment system.
– Check or money order payable to Indian Boundary Conservancy District, mailed to P.O. Box 657, Chesterton, IN
