In accordance with House Enrolled Act No. 1001 (HEA 1001), beginning January 1, 2027, each local unit of government shall submit to IHCDA and to the Executive Director of the Legislative Services Agency a Housing Progress Report which includes information regarding the state of housing across Indiana.

Local Units of Government

All incorporated cities and towns must submit a Housing Progress Report. Counties must submit a Housing Progress Report for all unincorporated areas.
