The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority is pleased to offer the Annual Report as a way to share with you the results of our programs and the work we managed throughout the previous year.  We celebrate the investments made and the support provided in all forms.  These things would not be possible without the leadership of the IHCDA Board of Directors or the faithful efforts of IHCDA’s staff and partner organizations.
