Thursday, January 15, 2026; 12:00 - 12:30 p.m. ET
Spray paint transfer efficiency refers to the amount of coating material that adheres to a surface compared to how much material is wasted in its application. The paint or coating material that is wasted or doesn’t reach the intended surface is referred to as overspray. Increasing transfer efficiency will increase productivity and efficiency and reduce purchasing costs, air emissions, toxins, solvents, and other potentially hazardous materials to save your business money and improve its environmental impacts.
What is the Indiana P2 Toolkit?
The goal of the Indiana P2 Toolkit and its component parts is to encourage Indiana’s businesses particularly small and medium sized, to implement best management practices for Pollution Prevention (P2) into their businesses and day-to-day operations. Best management practices utilize resources (raw materials, water, energy, and air) efficiently and use less harmful or less toxic substances to reduce or eliminate pollution at the source. These resources are open to all Indiana regulated entities especially small and medium sized businesses.
