Media outlets, companies, communities, or other entities who want to use the IDEM logo for purposes acceptable to the agency must ensure that:
- The logo is not altered in its proportions.
- No element is removed or added to the logo.
- The logo is not merged into another illustration or modified in any other way.
- The logo is not used in a way that suggests or implies endorsement of any organization, idea, product, or service.
