Printed Educational Materials

All healthcare facilities, adoption agencies, local health departments or related organizations are welcome to submit a request for printed educational materials by completing the GNBS Material Request Form.

Newborn Screening Cards and Envelopes

If your facility is needing additional newborn screening cards or envelopes, email NBS Laboratory Manager, Barb Lesko, at bglesko@iupui.edu and include your facility's name, whether you are needing NBS Cards and/or envelopes, and how many of each you need.
