Electronic Plan Submission Process

Congratulations! You have received your assigned project number and are now ready to begin the electronic plan submission process.
Note
If you are unable to download or access files, please send an email to Randall Snyder to request them via email. Please include the specific file name in your request.
Step #1
Download the Indiana Department of Health's (IDOH) template for plans/drawings by clicking here.
Step #2
Use the template to create files (using proper naming conventions) for delivery to IDOH via the state's secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client. Download and save IDOH's Instructions for Revit Template by clicking here.
The recommended FTP client is FileZilla; however, firms may use any client that will allow a successful transfer.

Step #3
Complete the required project documents and templates in the specified format.
You may see which documents are required for each project type at the corresponding page below:
- Acute Care Facilities
- Long-Term Care Facilities
- Child Caring Institutions
- Excludes child day care centers
- Private Mental Health Institutions
- Licensed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction
Step #4
Upload the completed documents and templates to IDOH via the state's secure FTP client.
