Kate Collins
Legislative Director
Kate Collins joined the Indiana Department of Child Services in March 2023 to serve as its legislative director. In her role, she coordinates the agency’s legislative efforts and works with state legislators on issues and bills before the Indiana General Assembly. Prior to joining DCS, she led the advocacy efforts of several non-profit organizations. Kate holds a degree in elementary education from Ball State University.
