Deputy Chief of Staff
Nicole Randol joined the Indiana Department of Child Services in October 2023 to serve as deputy chief of staff. In her role, she oversees technology, safety and security of the agency, and management of strategic non-IT projects. Prior to joining DCS, she worked in technology in the non-profit, local government and private sectors.
