Prosecutor Office

The County Prosecuting Attorney is a constitutional officer of the judicial circuit elected for a four year term. The Prosecutor may be reelected without limit.

The Parke County Prosecuting Attorney represents the state of Indiana and is responsible for prosecuting violators of state statues.
