Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) in Indiana is a local government body that reviews and decides requests for zoning variances, special exceptions, and appeals of zoning decisions. The BZA ensures land use complies with local zoning ordinances while allowing flexibility in cases of hardship or unique property circumstances.
