Meeting Schedule
The Perry Township board holds a public meeting on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are now held at the Lions Club Den at 11150 W US 35, Economy. There are no regularly scheduled meetings in July and August.

The State of Indiana requires all government units to live stream each public meeting. Additionally, these meetings are recorded and can be viewed on our YouTube channel: @PerryTownship47339. The state requires that a recorded meeting be available for viewing for at least 90 days. Perry Township will permanently delete a meeting video after 90 days. A recorded meeting will be available for viewing online about three days after the monthly meeting.

The trustee is required to present a financial report to the township board each month. For Perry Township, each monthly report contains a bank statement, a bank statement reconciliation, a summary report of the disbursements and receipts for each fund, and a detail report of the disbursements and receipts for each fund. A financial report will be available for viewing online within one week after the monthly meeting.

The Indiana Gateway for Government Units is a data collection and transparency portal to make state-collected information available to Indiana citizens. Local governments are required by state law to submit reports to the State of Indiana, and these are available for public viewing through Gateway.
The following reports for Perry Township are available on Gateway:
- Annual Financial Report (available after March 1 of each year)
- Debt Management (available after March 31 of each year)
- Employee Compensation by Unit (available after January 31 of each year)
- Budgets (available after August 31 of each year)
