Amends 876 IAC 3-3-19 to comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 regarding licensing requirements for individuals licensed in another state. Amends 876 IAC 3-5-1 to comply with the Dodd-Frank Act regarding continuing education requirements for trainee appraisers. |
