Amy Osborne serves as the General Counsel for the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). She is responsible for the legal operations of IPLA.
Osborne has dedicated the majority of her career to public service, working within a variety of state government agencies including the Secretary of State, Department of Education, and Public Access Counselor. In 2018, Osborne graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She then began her legal career in private practice before returning to public service at the Attorney General’s office. Prior to her current role, Osborne served as Section Chief of Licensing Enforcement for the Indiana Attorney General’s office.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Osborne is a member of the 2008 class of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service series and is a current member of the Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy. She is also actively involved in her local high school as the varsity volleyball coach and member of the booster club. Osborne lives with her family in Hancock County.
