Requests are considered based on the data available and level of granularity allowed to be shared under the law. This does not guarantee that the request can be fulfilled as submitted. Please see additional details below based on the requesting entity (state agency or external requestor).
State Agency Partner
This process is for a state agency requesting another agency’s data. Timing is dependent on availability of data and responsiveness on the requestor when providing completed forms.

External Requestor
This process is for a non-executive branch state government entity requesting state data. Timing is dependent on availability of data and responsiveness of the requestor when providing completed forms.
