Provider Education Opportunities

2021 IHCP Roadshow The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) invites providers to “virtually” attend the 2021 IHCP Roadshow – a free event delivered via Zoom conferencing, with sessions from April 27, 2021, through May 7, 2021. Registration is not required.

Seminar Feedback – The IHCP is using quick response (QR) codes to conduct surveys and receive feedback on the provider seminars. These surveys allow providers to give feedback on the quality of sessions they attended. Check out our QR code video for more information:

Archived Workshop Presentations – Do you need a copy of a presentation from a previous workshop or the annual seminar? Look on the Archived Workshop Presentations page.

IHCP Live – The IHCP offers opportunities for providers to learn about new policy initiatives and billing guidance through live-streaming webinars. Check the IHCP Live page for information about upcoming webinars, instructions for accessing webinars, and archived presentations from past webinars.

ADA 2012 Dental Claim Form Presentation – IHCP providers should refer to this training presentation for guidance on using the American Dental Association (ADA) 2012 Dental Claim Form.

Program Integrity Provider Education Training – Training includes web-based and instructor-led training focused on specific IHCP services and/or provider specialties. Each provider education training will cover topics such as documentation requirements, billing guidelines, and other program integrity- and audit-related issues.

Provider Healthcare Portal Training – Web-based training and instructor-led training on the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal) is available. To take advantage of the many features available on the Portal, providers and their designated representatives, known as delegates, need to learn how to make the most of the Portal.

PE Qualified Provider Training – Providers interested in becoming qualified providers (QPs) for Presumptive Eligibility (PE) can complete an enrollment application and the required attestations online through the Portal. After completing the application and attestations via the Portal, providers can contact IHCP Provider Relations to arrange training. See this page for more information and for PE training dates currently scheduled.
