Subpoenas

ISDT provides testimony at no charge in legal hearings related to ISDT's toxicological results. Additionally, ISDT may provide testimony at no charge for both the prosecution and defense in criminal cases related to toxicological results from other laboratories.

Subpoenas should comply with applicable court rules. Subpoenas may be emailed to isdttrials@isdt.in.gov or mailed to Indiana State Department of Toxicology, Suite A, 550 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
