Fees
Current Breath Test Program Fees: In accordance with Indiana Code ยง 10-20-2-8, the current fee amounts being charged by the Indiana State Department of Toxicology (ISDT) for certification and recertification of breath test operators, as well as maintenance and certification of breath test instruments as published in the schedule below.

Payment
Invoices shall be issued including payment instructions to the appropriate Department for the services noted above. Payment may be by check, money order, or credit card.
