Request Records:

Submitting and associated agencies and prosecutors' offices can retreive toxicology reports through ISDT's online portal ToxResults and should submit other record requests in writing to the ISDT Records Coordinator, Teri Kendrick (isdttrials@isdt.in.gov).

Any request for records other than referenced above should be submitted in writing to the ISDT Records Coordinator under state or federal discovery rules or the Indiana Access to Public Records Act.
