Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4-6 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 large candy onion
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 3/4 cup of hot water

Instructions


1. Mix the hot water with the sugar to dissolve.
2. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 1-3 hours before serving.
