• 2 N. Meridian Open House: The last Thursday of every month in Monroe Conference room from 1p-3p.

Vendor Registration/Information:

Setting vendor up in the system:

• Vendor will fill out & submit current W9 & Direct Deposit to the program area.
  • W9
  • Direct Deposit
• Program area forwards an encrypted email to Comptrollers@supplier.in.gov with documents.
  • It can take 2-4 weeks to be entered in the system. If they are still not in the system after 2 weeks, don’t hesitate to follow up to the original email. Comptroller’s Office will NOT reach out if there are any issues with the form submission.
