Housing H2A Farmworkers

All housing inspections are done by the State Department of Health.
Anytime 5 or more workers are housed at the same housing location an Agricultural Labor Camp Permit is required.

Anytime 4 or less farmworkers are housed in the same housing location and ETA Inspection Form is required. The Foreign Labor Certification Department will issue the inspection to the health department.

Assistance for Farmworkers
