Rule Name: Repeal of Last Known Employer (“LKE”) Record Processing Fee (646 IAC 5-14-1)
Description: LSA #25-747 repeals 646 IAC 5-14-1 from the Administrative Code. Pursuant to SBA 371, as of July 1, 2025, DWD is required to charge a processing fee of $6 for each record that provides information about an individual’s last known employer. This rule repeals 646 IAC 5-14-1 as it no longer reflects the correct amount charged by DWD for LKE records pursuant to statute.
