Resident Veteran Hunting & Fishing License

Any Indiana resident who is service-connected disabled by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs may purchase a license to hunt and fish in the State of Indiana for a reduced fee.

In order to receive this benefit the veteran must complete the Application for the Reduced Fee Hunting and Fishing License for Disabled Veterans The form should be sent directly to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Don't forget to send a self-addressed stamped envelope and payment for your either the 1 year or 10 years license.

  • Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs (777 N. Meridian St., Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday)
  • County Veteran Service Officers can also assist you with getting the proper form
