Performance Plus, a local commercial cleaning company with offices in Gary, South Bend, and Indianapolis.
We primarily hire regular part-time janitorial employees, but we also hire temporary employees for special clean-up projects. We also seek applicants for some semi-skilled positions, such as floor technicians and window washers. All of our part-time employees are a part of a union that helps to determine their wages. Applicants need to be able to pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation, preferably with a valid license.
