The I-69 Major Moves 2020 Expansion Project (“I-69 Expansion Project”) involves the design, construction and reconstruction of I-69 in defined locations in Hamilton and Madison Counties, and includes additional travel lanes, an auxiliary travel lane, interchange modifications, bridge widening and associated improvements to structures and pavement. The I-69 Expansion Project is a non-tolled highway project. Additional project information and documents related to the I-69 Expansion project are available below.
The Indiana Finance Authority ("IFA"), in cooperation with INDOT, is requesting interested teams (“Proposers”) to submit a statement of qualifications ("SOQs") to design and build the I-69 Expansion Project, as described in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), through a public-private partnership agreement. The Request for Qualifications has been posted on the IFA website: http://www.in.gov/ifa/2920.htm
IFA will evaluate the statements of qualifications ("SOQs") submitted by Proposers in response to the RFQ as more fully described therein. If an SOQ is found responsive, the IFA will then evaluate the SOQ on the pass/fail criteria described in the RFQ and determine whether the Proposer is qualified for the I-69 Major Moves 2020 Expansion Project. Only responsive SOQ Proposers passing all of the pass/fail requirements will be eligible to respond to a request for proposals to act as Design-Build Contractor of the I-69 Major Moves 2020 Expansion Project expected to be issued by the IFA.
All responses to the RFQ must be filed with the IFA no later than 12:00 p.m., noon, (EDT) on April 20, 2015, as more fully described in the RFQ posted on the IFA website.
