Modernized e-File (MeF) Vendor Portal
Software Vendors can access DOR's MeF Vendor Portal for completion of annual registration, testing and certification. The portal also allows you to send messages to the DOR Vendor Certification team. To assist Software Vendors with the new Vendor Portal, DOR has created the guide linked below. This includes instructions for creating an account, submitting and amending a Letter of Intent (LOI), certifying products, viewing submission statuses, and sending and receiving messages with DOR.
