District Offices

For most questions, you can message a customer service representative on INTIME.

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) customer centers in Indianapolis, Merrillville, and Clarksville are open for walk-in service from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday.

All other offices are open by appointment only. Each location takes appointments two days a week. Check the District Office near you for days appointments can be scheduled.

Assist with any Motor Carrier requests. You must schedule an appointment with Motor Carrier Services.

If you are representing another person in a tax matter, a Power of Attorney (POA) form may be required.
