Imposing Sanctions on Previously Issued Variances

The Commission or the Department (whoever issued the variance) may impose a sanction on a previously issued variance. If you believe a previously issued variance should be sanctioned, you may submit a request for consideration on the form below.

Please be advised that sanctions may only be granted in limited circumstances as provided for in law.

Sanctions to be heard by the Commission will be placed on the Commission’s agenda for the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting scheduled at least 15 days following receipt of your request. However, please be advised, that if the owner/applicant and submitter information is not accurately stated, your request may be delayed. Please be prepared to present your request in person.
