For your convenience, the Treasurer's Office offers many options to pay your real estate taxes.

Please Bring Your A and B Tax Payment Coupons When Making Payments.

All Debit/Credit Card transactions will be charged 2.4% per transaction (min $3.00) Echeck: $1.75 per transaction

In person: Treasurer's Office, Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm
Old National Bank: Winchester location; only collects during tax season of April - May 10^th & October – November 10th. Payments by check only, in person (no drop box) and require your payment coupon
Mail: Randolph County Treasurer, 100 S Main Street Room 103, Winchester, IN 47394. Must be Postmarked by the Due Date to avoid penalties.

Partial payments – the ability to pay various amounts towards your tax bill
Recurring payments – the ability to schedule payments monthly, weekly or on a certain day of the month
Automated payments – the ability to schedule a full payment on the due date
Prepayments – the ability to pay on a parcel with a zero balance
Overpayments – the ability to pay more than the amount that is due
