Deferral Program
The Traffic Infraction Deferral Program is offered through the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office. It is available to qualified drivers for the dual purposes of promoting safe driving and allowing the driver to avoid any additional points on his/her driving record through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV).

Fines
- Tickets take 3-5 business days to appear in the system.
- You can look up your case at mycase.in.gov.
- Enter the UTT number listed on your ticket in the citation section or search by your name.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see your fines listed under the financial section.
- If no fines are listed, you must appear in court.

In Person
Payments can be made in person at the Clerk’s Office, 101 W. Main Street, Delphi in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order made payable to the Carroll County Clerk. You may also pay by credit/debit card, either in person or over the phone. There is a 3.5% service fee to process credit/debit card payments.We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Online
Payments can be made at Https://public.courts.in.gov/pay/ There is a $4.00 transaction fee and a 2% credit card processing fee to process credit/debit card payments.
By MailCashier’s check, certified check, or money order payments made payable to the Carroll County Clerk can be mailed with a copy of the ticket to:

To apply for a marriage license both you and your future spouse must appear in person and provide one form of ID. One or both of you must reside in Carroll County to apply in the Carroll County Clerk’s Office. A marriage license is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued. Couples who do not marry within the 60 days must apply for a new license before marrying.
Costs: Marriage license $25.00 Certified Copy $4.00Due to time restraints, we can not issue a marriage license after 11:15am on Wednesday or after 4:15pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
